Calendar of Events

 

General meetings are held three times a year, usually in March-April, September-October and December.  Reservations are required.  Meeting details and instructions on how to make reservations are contained in the Branch newsletter issued two to three weeks in advance of each meeting.  Meetings consist of Executive Committee reports, any business requiring the general membership's approval and a guest speaker, except at the December meeting when the special guest is Santa Claus. The Annual General Meeting is in March-April and involves approval of financial reports and the budget as well as elections to the branch executive.
